Consignor FAQs
There is NO limit to the number of items you can consign.
Are clothing items limited by season?
Yes. For our Spring events, we do not accept winter clothing such as winter coats, snow boots, heavy sweaters, Christmas wear, etc. Please save these items for our Fall events.
For our Fall events, we do not accept summer clothes such as shorts, tank-tops, sandals, etc. Please save these items for our Spring events.
Let us print them for you free of charge. You'll receive the labels and place them on your items at home. Another option is for us to mail them to you. You can find a link to sign up for mailed bar codes under our Consignor Links section. Mailed bar codes are $4. You may also print them on your own.
Yes! You may bring one person with you to the Pre-Sale.
Please do not bring children on Pre-Sale days. Children are welcome to attend on any of the public shopping days.
We suggest you set the price at 25-30% of the retail value. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We expect to have an abundance of 0-12 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Maternity and Junior clothing are not shopped as heavily, so price these competitively also. Please take a look at our price guide.
Yes, but you will need to register for each sale separately.
No, please use plastic hangers. We do not accept any clothes on wire hangers.
Place small items in a Ziploc bag and then seal the Ziploc with clear packing tape. If the small pieces belong with a larger item, attach the bag to the larger item using a safety pin or packing tape.
For all items in bags (except shoes), please attach the string tag to the outside of the bag. For shoes, the string tag must be attached to a shoe either with a safety pin or by looping it through itself around a lace, buckle or loop.
If it meets our "excellent quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more similar items and sell them as a group. Pin the items together on a hanger, or group them in a Ziploc bag and put one price for the entire group. Clothing grouped together must all be the same size.
Wrinkled clothes do not sell well! Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell.
Yes, you may enter additional batches using the same consignor ID number. You will only be charged the $10 participation fee once per consignor ID number. To start a new batch, log-in and click on the pink button labeled "Start New Batch."

We are not able to accept ANY clothing that has odor of any kind. When it is hung on the rack with other clothes, the odor spreads. We must be sensitive to children and families with allergies and we absolutely cannot sell any items with smoke odor, pet odor, or any other kind of odor. Clothing with pet hair is also not acceptable - please clean off any pet hair or other debris.

We are very proud to support multiple non-profit charitable organizations through our event. At the conclusion of our event, in-kind donations are made to local charitable causes that will distribute the items directly to those in need in our community.
